Dear FAHRA Members and Friends,

As we approach the end of 2023 and eagerly anticipate the new year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support of the Findlay Area Human Resource Association (FAHRA). Your dedication has been instrumental in our collective success. This year has seen some changes within our board due to evolving work obligations and commitments. Despite these shifts, our commitment to the FAHRA Chapter and its members remains steadfast. The board and I have worked tirelessly to curate a remarkable year filled with engaging speakers and insightful information for our human resource professionals, Findlay area businesses, and the community at large.

In our pursuit of excellence, FAHRA has continued to foster valuable partnerships, collaborating with the Findlay Hancock County Chamber of Commerce and the University of Findlay. Together, we uphold FAHRA's mission to support businesses by providing insights and resources in crucial areas such as mental health awareness, the passing of issue 2, the challenges of a hybrid/remote workforce, and the ongoing struggles in hiring, retaining employees, along with other important updates from the Department of Labor.

I extend a warm invitation to all to join us as members or special guests for our upcoming 2024 monthly meetings, commencing on February 14th. It is paramount that we stand united in support of one another and collaborate to keep our Findlay community robust.

Your voice matters, and we encourage you to share your thoughts and feedback. Feel free to reach out to any of the board members at fahra383@gmail.com. We are eager to hear from you and value the insights you bring to our community.

Thank you once again for your continued commitment to FAHRA. Together, let us embark on a new year filled with growth, collaboration, and success.

Warm regards,

Michelle Donnelly,

President Findlay Area Human Resource Association
